Abstract
The information technology (IT) industry is constantly evolving and dynamic. Keeping pace with rapid technological progress can be difficult, so it is impossible not to appreciate the importance of continuous professional development of specialists. This article discusses the critical role that continuous professional development plays in shaping the careers of IT professionals, facilitating personal and professional growth and maximizing their potential for success.
